I thought about this for years.

For years, I've kept coming back to one line: "find your course of action." The initials gave me fycoa. Taking my own advice took a little longer.

What stays with me after nearly twenty years in real estate is how much the work asks of you. You can know exactly what to do and still struggle to do it. That is why I care about what keeps us going: having a reason that matters enough to come back and do the work again.

I hope something here helps you feel more sure of yourself and clearer about your next step. You have a business and a life you want to build. I want this to help you get on with it.
